To cancel a false alarm:
Be prepared to give your name, address and passcode. If you are not sure of your passcode please contact our office. You will not be able to cancel a false alarm without the passcode.
If you need service:
We provide 24 hour service. In most instances we can walk you through the problems with your alarm service. If you are not a monitored account this service is not available. We will have to set an appointment to service your alarm system at our current service rates.
